I used to think snoring was just a normal part of life. So when my husband’s snoring grew louder over the years, I assumed it was simply due to aging or genetics—some people just snore more than others, right? It wasn’t until he got tested and started treatment that I realized how much of a difference it could make. Suddenly, I was no longer waking up from his snoring because it had either completely stopped or been drastically (and I mean dramatically) reduced. As a light sleeper, even the smallest noise can wake me up, so this was a huge relief.
